what pads are u running?
I have a Baer setup, and given how bad the monsoon downpours are here, I've tested them out a number of times and NEVER had a problem. . .are u still on the stock pads that came with the kit? Those are crap btw. . .maybe upgrade to the SBS touring or track pads. . .

Have you bed your pads in as well? I've had to bed mine in every 6 months or so, might be a bit much, but keeps the bite. . .
