what pads are u running?
I have a Baer setup, and given how bad the monsoon downpours are here, I've tested them out a number of times and NEVER had a problem. . .are u still on the stock pads that came with the kit? Those are crap btw. . .maybe upgrade to the SBS touring or track pads. . . http://www.baer.com/Products/SbsBrakePads.aspx
Have you bed your pads in as well? I've had to bed mine in every 6 months or so, might be a bit much, but keeps the bite. . .

Pads.
Common problem on my old Wilwood T pads. The newer Q pads have cured this. While I ran the T pads for years myslef with no problem, I live in Phoenix....rain?

I hate to disagree with you Suneil but the PBR pads are an awesome compound! My exgirlfriend has had those pads on her '98 Cobra for a year now and she uses them for daily driving and on track use. After driving on mine for several months (my kit still had plenty of usable pad left) I'm hooked as well. I HAVE had this problem once, it's very unnerving. It's a very weird thing b/c sometimes it does it in the rain and sometimes it doesn't. I know, pad preference is a personal choice but I had to disagree on that commment. We've had a lot of experience with them and overall we're happy.
Side note: where are you guys getting your replacement rotors from?

Pads that work well in the dry may not be so hot in the wet. That I think is his point. I experience the same here. And a good set should be slotted or blocked as well.
I have replacements if you want to do it 'right' and do two piece set ups. A hat kit is $225 shipped. Spec sheet is included for your ordering rotors to your spec (Baer used various diameters) Final cost to do this; about $485-500 with replacement rotors costing about $130 after the change.
