I've got the 13" Baer kit, and when it rains, it can be downright scary to drive. The brake response is non-existent.

I'm thinking that the rotors get a mist of water on them which prevents the pad to grab the rotor properly. It's fine when I brake often (I.E. in heavy traffic) but once I cruise in the rain for a couple miles, I really have to watch my distance and speed. Lord help me if something gets in my way and I have to brake hard... If I do, the car doesn't slow down at all for a sec or so, until the water clears away from the rotor, and the pad grabs it. (fine then, but braking is still not optimal)

Any ideas? Bad wheel design that sprays water on the rotors? (Enkei RS5) Bad pads? Shi++y driver?
