"Brand New" rims are $500-600 per set.
The tires SUCK!!! They are not worth adding any money for. 'nuff said
However to buy a quality set of 17" tires you will drop another $400 or maybe more.
Either way if the rims are perfect I still wouldn't pay more then just a new set of rims. If they are not then just buy new rims.
