There are now MORE uprising and attacks on US troops in Iraq than there has been since the war started.
And fighting in Afghanistan has not slowed down.
Bush doesn't want to leave Iraq or Afghanistan until they practically give their allegiances to the US. Since this is not going to happen ever, we are going to be stuck there fighting people we instigated in the first place.
