You are still undercharged.

Make sure that the can valve is closed when taking measurements, otherwise you will be reading the pressure from the can.

Typical static pressure for the system when the engine and underhood area is hot should be 90-110 psi. Cold engine at 70 F should be at least 70-80 psi.
