Anyway, there are a few Mondeos in the US. Personally I've seen a Mk1 hatchback (flat red, no clearcoat... ugh) down in Texas with Texas plates, and an Escort GTi (or maybe it was an XR3i?) convertible, also with Texas plates. Of course both of these were on a military installation.
