DIY

Buy new pump & gasket and belt

Remove plastic front engine cover

Loosen tensioner on waterpump belt & remove belt. (Push tensioner down to loosen slack on belt. Then belt just pops off)

Remove battery

Remove bolts holding waterpump to block (remember which ones are the short ones) A good socket extension helps here.

Pry waterump apart. The part you bought will be the outer piece. The inner piece is just a case part. Have bucket under this section as coolant will come out,not a lot but enough to make a mess

Remove any impeller pieces you can with your fingers

Reverse to put new impeller back on. Add a little coolant to overflow to make up lost amount and then go get the system flushed to remove any smaller pieces of impeller which may escaped your fingers

Very easy to DIY.
