Hi all. My name is John. Me and my family just moved down from Virginia, near Washington D.C. We've settled down in McKinney, TX. We've got a 2000 CSVT, black/tan. A 2003.5 MazdaSpeed Protege, and now a 1997 Escort LX (cheap on gas, daily beater). I look forward to meeting any of the CEGer's down here. I've met Stryker, cool guy. Kelly, I haven't forgotten you and Chris. I'm looking forward to that burger joint you mentioned. Anyway, just wanted to introduce myself.

Thanks for the welcome folks. Doesn't seem to be much action here in the South Central forums. Anyway, I had a question for the TX peeps. Are radar detectors legal here or not? I was told that some towns have made them illegal, any answers for me?

It's not like in Virginia, though, thank god I'm not there any more, the fuzz suck up in the DC tri-state area. . .
