Mega fuse is on the back of the motor behind the coilpack. Its in-line with the charging cable that goes from the alternator to the battery. Use a multimeter to test. If its good, and you're sure no wires are disconnected (There is your charging wire, a maybe 4-5 wire harness, and a small 18 guage field wire that all plug into your alternator). Then your alternator is probably crapped out. Dont feel bad, my car is on its 5th alternator since 1998.
