I may bee wrong, it happens alot, but is 7000 a little to long of an oil change interval? I get nervous at 2800.

I usually run 5-6k on Mobil 1. Synthetic can go a little longer than dyno oil before breaking down. You have nothing to be nervous about at 2800 miles.
