PO133 - Your upstream O2 sensor is bad, it is like $65 for a Bosch one from NAPA.
As for your idle, clean your idle air control valve, check for vacuum leaks and intake leaks.
Your TPS isnt bad as someone said, that wouldnt cause your idle to go up and down and stall out.
I just have to replace my upstream O2 every 18k or so, cant find the problem of why it fails so soon.
