That is the top o2 sensor and they're like $60.
www.oxygensensors.com Though usually something causes them to go bad. Check for vacuum,intake,exhaust leaks,etc. Also clean the MAF. I've had to replace my top o2 sensor twice in 2 years with no definite reason of what caused them to go bad.
