Oh for about a year for me. I had carbon buildup in MAF from not clamping CTA filter and got it and the valves de-carbonized, all better.
Try those sensors mentioned.

Wrong. Erratic idle, with normal behavior at driving speeds, is the exact symptom for a bad TPS sensor. Of course many other things could also cause this, however, a bad TPS results in an erratic idle none the less.

Well.. I think boths codes are trying to say the Front Oxygen sensor needs to be replaced.

As far as crappy idle goes... oxygen sensors can do this.
I can think of a few other things at this point if you have
not taken a look at them. Cracked or melted PCV Hose extensions, you can find these under the car.
