i beleive the guide ment was do not use the 50/50 pre mixed coolant.
I have heard mixed feeling abouti t, and that its better to mix your own, but i have never used it directly.
The airbubble thing, im not sure about, but what we did when i did the motor swap was after we filled it up, we started the car andfilled the resivoir if it went dow..now it sits at the max line with no problmes, and no air bubbles showed up.
