i think it's different. you can eat 40 big mac's sitting right next to me and it would affect me at all. but if you sit right next to me and smoke 40 packs of cigs then i'll probably catch lung cancer at the same time as you.

in general i agree the gov shouldn't get involved in these issues. i just happen to agree with this single decision.
