I got that number last night in one of the speeches, and no commentary refuted it afterwards. I guess I should have said 3/4 of the officers on the Al-Quaida most wanted list have been captured or killed.
As for Bush, of course he could have done better. I am not going to say he did everything perfectly. He is human, after all.
