Let me guess that you probably believe that this 'surplus' was from Clinton cutting back the budget? LOL. The only way our federal government will see a surplus is because they took too much money in. Now, since our government doesn't actually make a profit, this means one thing; THEY TAXED US TOO DAMN MUCH TO BEGIN WITH! You want to see another surplus, we could always bring your taxes back up to Clinton era... Clinton did alot of dammage while he was in office, Bush inherited alot of bad from him; But no, Republicans don't blame all our problems on him, just the ones he actually created. -Nick
