i can accept that.

from what i know about him i don't like him as person either.

I don't like pro ball, so i could care less if he was white, black, purple... or pink..
What I do know, this whole thing stinks of a gold digger, she filed a civil suit knowing that her lawyers advised her that she would win there and not in a criminal case.

I love the fact that they say she "suffered, tissue and vaginal trauma(sp) simular to those obtained during rape.." paraphrased...
guess what shes like 5'5, and 120lbs.. or there about... hes what 6'4"
and 200? and stereotypes being true.. hes a black guy... so no kidding there was some bruising...

She bragged that night to friends at a party about his "size" and somewhere along the line got it in here head that she could make out like a bandit.... unfortunately... she didn't realize the implications of accusing someone of this... people seem to forget the facts of the story that have been buried by the media...

I don't condone Kobe's actions... he is a married man and his actions are unacceptable..

I really hate a society that leans in favor of women, all a woman has to say is rape/abuse and politics surrender to the wishes... Don't get me wrong I know wrong doings are done to women, but as an example, I know a now exwife of someone, who all she does is call the police on her exhusband, and he gets arrested... and she does this in spite... she filed a PFA... no questions asked, he gets arrested on the spot...

Kobe is a damn idiot. He should never put himself in that situation. The case was lost for the victim as soon as she went for the civil suit.

Freakshow, you don't know me to be putting my name in anything you say. If you have a point to make don't use me as a co-signer. So, leave my name out of it.

No one knows what really happened in that room...all we have is hearsay....Getting angry or pissed at peoples opinions over the matter is just plain stupid.


Point is everyone has diffrent opinions even though most people have heard the same infomation.....But unless you where there and saw it, then all you got are opinions. no need to stress it.


As i came in hear to actualy comment:

IMO is that kobe was dumb and stupid for putting himself in that situation...And if he did do it, then he should be punished....But if he did not do it then having the case dropped was the right thing.

All in all, if a non-byist (sp?) jury of his peers found him guilty for rape, then he should be punished.

But since the case was droped, we may never see the outcome, or get all the correct facts.

Is he a fool and deserving of all this negative publicity. yeah.

The girl, too many stories going around about her being a whore. Multiple mens spooge in her panties = whore. I think guilt set in later that she had banged a famous balck married professional b-baller, and something someone said made her feel like a whore.

The thing that makes me side with Kobe on this whole case are the facts:

1. The girl works front desk. She's not supposed to leave that desk. She works at a hotel that has 24 hr room service and 24 hour maid service. There was ABSOLUTELY no need for her to lock the doors of the hotel to "see what Kobe wanted", that just goes to show you, she wanted some action from him.

2. She had sex with 3 other men the same day as Kobe.

3. She knew she was f*kked in the criminal case, so she's filing a civil suit so she can get paid for being the ho she is.

I usually don't side with professional atheletes on things like this, but since I first heard this story, something just STUNK, big time, and my feelings are usually right.

I agree, Kobe was a dumba$$ for getting himself into the situation, but just because he cheated on his wife, doesn't make him a rapist. Just makes him a moron.
