I'll see what I can do. I just ordered FSVT front brakes so I'll have me a little install hoe-down.

I'll take the pictures as soon as I get home on Monday. Do you want pictures of the headers in general or do you want close ups of where things come together and of the welds from the inside and outside? I don't have the MSDS y-pipe, FYI. The headers were jet hot coated for the same price as a y-pipe, so it was substituted.

the overall profile and the flanges along with the welds...4-5 pics should suffice.

You might want to take a hacksaw or jigsaw and cut a notch between each of those flanges (second pic down). I did that on my MSDS system two years ago when I read people were having weld problems with the heating and expanding of the metal. Cutting a notch so each pipe was able to flex independently of the others was the suggested fix.
I'm surprised MSDS hasn't started doing this by now before they ship them out.

this has been discussed in great detail, try the search engine. But for my 2cents weapon r are CRAP.......MSDS costs more because just like anything else you get what you pay for. I bought the msds and have seen drastic improvements in HP and gas mileage. The car seems like a breath of new life into an 80k mile SVT. MSDS all the way!
