Water has 2.4 times the heat transfer ability as standard "green" antifreeze.
Straight water is preferred. Actually maybe throw in a bit of iso/polypropyl alcohol to raise efficiency and add a little protective additives. (Like a water wetter type additive package)
Antifreeze is just that. Anti-freezing additive with corrosion inhibitors added. Old fashion "green" antifreeze even adds phosphates and silicates to the mix. NO THANK YOU!
