For $600 he can get 1.5-2psi of boost. (twin setup)

It should be a good power under the curve modification (instant boost) with a slight perk at the top end.

However the more efficient the engine the less gains overall and especially at the top end since the fans generate a set CFM flow.

I still would like to see a twin E-RAM on a 3L. Just to know...
