SVT is starting to be a PITA. CV joints, wheel bearings, etc....

Thoughts?

1999 Silver Frost SVT #609 of 2760 Quaife, lightened SVT Flywheel, SPEC stage II clutch, removed resonator, k&n drop in - various other goodies too.

You can get a nice used SVT Contour for about 5k

put 5k into the contour and have it running strong another 10 years.

My car cost $3200 (over two years ago), has 115k miles and runs good.

i bought my csvt for $4000, with 90k miles on it, still runs excellent

Z24's and Neon ACR's should be around that price point. Can't say much for reliability for the ACR, but the Z24's (both gens) are pretty reliable and have decent potential.

Way cheaper to maintain than to buy another. CV's about $80 a piece. Wheel bearings are about $30. Stop being a beeoatch it's called maintenance. You of all ppl!
