Disconnect battery for one. Secondly drain oil out, and put a sign of the steering wheel that says "no oil", you dont want that oil sitting it in for that long.

I cranked a car over last week that sat with the same fluids for 3 years. The only problems were water in the combustion chambers and 3 gallons of oil. Won't keep running long enough to worry about the coolant.

there is no coolant in it, the accident took care of that.
as for the oil it has mobil 1 in it (fresh) i think itll be fine. i woudl rather not let it sit to rust with no oil in it. if i am wrong please correct me, buti thought you were supposed to leave oil in it to keep the internals from rusting together from humidity and such????

You can buy oil stablizer. Also, def put some gas stabilzer in it. If possible, at least let the car run everyone once in awhile, at least enough to let it get hot.

power steering system was damaged, the main line that goes to the pump was snapped at the inlet ont he pump. and the car wont run w/out the serpintine belt, i dont want to burn up the pump, and i cant get the core supports pulled out to get the radiator out so i can get to the lien to replace it...phew...
its a neverending cycle.

yeah itll get warm real quick.
thing is, if i run it without power steering fluid it will burn up the pump (or isthat only if i turn the wheels?)
there is no fuse for the power steering, so i cant feasably bypass it. the A/C lines are [censored]. the radiator will hold coolant probably (a big if here ) long enough for a 5 minute run, but i have to fix the power steering. unless there is a fuse for it. and can the car even start with the airbags deployed???

i had a 95 with a zetec sitting outside for over a year...never even started it. Aside from the battery being dead, it started right up when it was time to move it. Still running.

don't know how long ago it was that you started it, but the gas tank must be getting close to empty if it's been running for more than a few hours.
