On a modified talon if they removed the first cat (in the downpipe) they could see 20HP. This of course means the installing a 2.5 or 3" mandrel downpipe. Speeding exhaust velocity away from the turbo will drastically reduce turbo lag and significantly jump HP.

Also I could see them gaining 10HP from cat removal as a large straight through exhaust is very benefitial on a turbo charged (or any forced induction) engine.

On this engine. I'd say a few peak HP and the car will get a little tinny sounding at startup. Goes away when the pipes warm up.
