And the rust is 5 years or 80,000 miles (or so the dealership guy told me today). I've got the common rust on the inside bottom of the doors, but a small spot is actually coming around/through the door now. The dealership is supposed to be taking care of that today under the warranty. My extended warranty comes up in November and I'm doing the same thing you're talking about...having them check everything before it goes off warranty. They already fixed the MAF and rear sway bar links. Worth the $50 deductible already!
