Just go to VW vortex and do a search. I don't believe that the 1.8t is such a great engine.(although it is easy to boost) I have a bunch of friends who have this engine in a bunch of different cars. Almost all of them have had a serious issue. One friend is on his second turbo in 20,000 miles and his engine eats tons of oil. When I was doing research on the crappy VW beetle I had, I found tons and tons of hate sites about the beetle and jetta/golf because of all the problems.
