yes it is in mattydale suburb of syracuse.They have 24/7 service department during the week.friday I think they close at 8 pm thought.How many miles on the focus btw?I would take it to a garage that you would trust and have them check it over unless you want to drive to syracuse that way you could go back to that dealer and have them fix all the problems right.
