Here's a recipe we've used a couple of times and it is pretty good. It's called Parsonage Punch:
One 3 oz. pkg lime jello
2 and 1/2 cups hot water
1 and 1/2 cups sugar
1 small btl. lemon juice
2 tsps. almond extract
3-4 large bottles. Ginger Ale
Food coloring, if desired
Mix well. Food coloring to enhance appearance (red or any color)
