I'm assuming it goes to the upper intake manifold but I can't figure out which one it is. There is a grey hose coming off a T that goes down the firewall but I can't tell where it goes after that. Is it the grey one? If, do I need to remove the entire dash to get to it and replace it?

Didn't know if this would help but when I turn the controls to a/c I can feel/hear my compressor turning on and off. I've heard that the compressor cycling over and over can be caused by a vacuum leak but not sure how.
