I had a problem with this for a few weeks. It was a miss, felt like a hesitation, bucking. Turns out two of my plug wires were mis-routed and on the wrong coil pack leads. I checked the Haynes manual, hooked them up right & the car has run perfect ever since.
The coil pack leads to the plugs is not a linear relationship. Two of the leads are swapped, so check your plug wires. Takes a few minutes to verify & could solve the problem. If you find that your leads are switched, replace the plugs in those locations. Good chance they've been damaged by the mis-fires.
