Ok, seriously this is getting annoying. Do I need to draw a diagram? You have precats if you have the exhaust manifolds! i was trying to help you out with a couple things to do. I never said to adjust your optimized TB, I said optimize your TB (throttle body). As I said also, it is in the home page to the site in one of the links. Mods IIRC.
Also, you asked what's the most HP you could get with about $300...there isn't much. K&N RU3530-$33 MAF adapter-$5-$20 That's about it if you already have a super custom exhaust. What are the specs on your exhaust? Piping sizes, mufflers?Unless you did it right, which is hard to believe from the way you are talking, you could gain from a new exhaust setup. Other than that, an optimized Y pipe....like I said, these are in the mods link on the home page.
If you have $700, the MSDS headers are the best bang for your buck, set aside N2o, for the SVTC. Parts and ESPECIALLY power, are not cheap, unless you are superhuman like Greg.

So a 75mm Pro Flow is just a waste of money??? Why do they cause problems??? Then besides throttle body what are some more mods I can do that will give me horse power???
