I would say RX-8, since you have an Escape if need be, but you already have one toy in the garage and the RX-8, while an outstanding automobile, just begs to have a lot of money sank into it in modifications. It's hard to justify two toys. So instead I voted for the S80 for all the reasons mentioned above.

What no GTO? all the car reports I've heard say the back seat is amazingly roomy. oh and the '05's get the LS2 good for 400 ponies......... the remaining '04's are being listed about $2K below invoice or $28,500 now.
