Ok, I'm lost. What flushing issue are you talking about. He stated that he was going to do "flush" at the same time that he was installing the cooler. Makes sense to me, since he will already have the send and return lines diconnected at the time.

As for flushing the cooler, if that's what your refering to, you can actually purchase cans of a flushing agent that can connected to the return line of the radiator cooler and the flushing agent will be dispensed through the cooler in a backwards flow. This will help release more debris.
