I love it! Hot Rod Magazine did something very similar to this about 15 or 20 years ago with a 500 cubic inch caddy. I seem to recall that they got the (former) 4 door behemoth down in the 12's with the rad weight reduction/stripping. I think they put some sticky slicks on it and the thing went like h**l! Of course with 500 inches it couldn't help but have torque out the wahzoo. Power to weight ratio my friends, loose weight and get fast.
