My ex-g/f's Camry showed the same symptoms
actually, the non-starting problem turned out to be a brake pedal sensor issue, and the windows thing was caused by broken wires going from the chassis to the drivers door.
It was a stupid design, opening-closing the door 100000 times broke them.

Also, if many things stop working at the same time, that easily can be a grounding problem. Take a long wire and patch ground directly from the batt to different places of the car and see if that changes anything.
