Speaking of Volvo...

Dude... Look into either an 850TR-5 or 850R.

I ALMOST bought one in 1998.

It's kinda in the back of my mind . I'd like to pay off some bills & it'd be easier without a monthly car payment . I don't know if I'll actually commit to selling it , but I'm entertaining the thought . I know I'd miss it immediately .

I would....I like the GTi....but my ex had one and killed the thing in no time. Actually Allen, she has one now that is close to yours.....red, lives in Roby, ahh I dont care.

Honestly, I have always liked BMW more than any other. Another plus is I have a constant client through work, that works at a BMW dealership. I really dont know, I have thaught about looking for a CSVT, and if I see one that I like may...MAYBE think about it, cause i know i will miss the SE. The Bimmer is first on the list reguardless. Really all that is wrong with the car currently isnt that hard to fix, Im just fed up,...plus the fact that that since I didnt have my car for a while, and now it has to go get fixed again I have to deal with the commute to work, living 30 minutes away sux. The best thing is the engine is immaculate, runs like a champ and that being the only thing keeping me from selling. If i knew i could fix the thing myself, and get it painted a different colour, id consider it. Also having a regular, non-modded daily driver bimmer, will give me time to work on the cougar. Have a lot of plans for that.

As far as the Volvo thing, i just dont like em...thats just me. I know there tanks...but just dont want one.

The only other thing I was contemplating, was in high school I worked for West Side Auto Body for a co-op program. 6 months I helped them out for nothing, just the experience. I already know how to do basic body work. So maby they can hook me up. The colour eats me up though, if I could just tone down the tanish, cause I dont want to paint the door jams and engine bay, for another colour.

I dont know......the more I sit here and type and think about it, well see whats happens. What do you guys think?

Fix her up!
They had some good body panels at Harry's last time we were there. One car was your color, though I'm not sure which panels were dented.
IIRC, there was at least one good bumper, a passenger side door or two and a few side mirrors left (don't remember the colors). Some pre 98 sails too, if you were interested.

Already have the sail panels. But cutting that quarter panel off the car at the yard wouldnt be an easy task with limited tools. i have friends that may help, but Im a bit unmotivated.

Yeah, what he said.

Anyway, so check it out, did you see my post in pics and videos? I've got three ADR wheels for free if you want them. No rubber on them, I pulled it off.
Let me know! You just have to pick them up cuz they're free, that's all.

I saw you this afternoon (2:04 to be exact) on 222 N., you had just past the Maiden Creek sign not far from Route 73. I waved but you didn't see me, I didn't have the SVT. I think you were stashing the brownies , there was a cop just ahead of you with a Pathfinder pulled over.
Who was the blonde??
