I thought the same...

RT is how long it takes you to hit the pedal after that light turns green. As long as you don't lift from green to traps, your ET shouldn't have anything in common with your RT.

I've had an RT of over 3 seconds once, and it turned out the fastest time I had run in my Contour.

I don't have my timeslips in front of me (I think they're still in the car) but when I ran, the better my R/T , it seemed the better my E/T. This may have just been a coincidence, though. I was under the impression that that the two were tied together.

Unless something is screwed up at your track, they don't have anything to do with each other.

Alrighty, then. I'll keep that in mind next time I'm at the track and I'm at the line panicking about my MTX

Your 60' matters a lot though, whittle that down as much as possible.

Off the top of my head I remember 2.9something. I should probably dig the timeslips out of my glovebox and post them in Dyno and Drag, and let the flaming begin

See the key is getting the 60s down without blowing the trans!

I really hope that's not right. I got 2.7 in my car.

Hetfield, as they say, your R/T has absolutely nothing to do with your ET.

Jose, WTF mang?! What were your other times? 60' and such? Unless you messed something up horribly with your install, there should be nothing wrong with your setup. LowBudget was hitting 14s with that engine. As Dion said, you need to learn how to drive the 1320, assuming it is driver error. Granted, times do seem slow at Cali Speedway, but if I can pull off a 15.3 there, you can definitely bring it down to the 14s. I would join you again, but my clutch seems to be slipping when I go and it does it every once in a while on the street too. It's funny, because I was going to say that looked like Cali Speedway, but then I was like nah, what are the chances?
