Jose, WTF mang?! What were your other times? 60' and such? Unless you messed something up horribly with your install, there should be nothing wrong with your setup. LowBudget was hitting 14s with that engine. As Dion said, you need to learn how to drive the 1320, assuming it is driver error. Granted, times do seem slow at Cali Speedway, but if I can pull off a 15.3 there, you can definitely bring it down to the 14s. I would join you again, but my clutch seems to be slipping when I go and it does it every once in a while on the street too.
