You know...Iâ??m trying to be calm about this now, because Iâ??m really not trying to burn bridges. But you all make it very difficult to keep my cool.
The wire that went to the coil pack is for the remote start and BlackJax system in the alarm. Thatâ??s the wire that tells the alarm brain the car is started. The wire running to the white and blue wire in that harness was the speed sensor for the turbo times. The TT is a Greddy Full Auto Timer. I put the aftermarket alarm in because I like having that extra bit of added security. The TT was put in because I drive the car every day and did not want to risk damaging the turbo and stuff.
As far as the bragging rites on Cardomain.com, No where on there did I say those times were mine, I simply was putting what the car has been known to do.
Demon, please show me where I â??blamedâ? Alan or Chris, because I just looked at each of my post and donâ??t see where I have â??blamedâ? anyone.
I drive the car like itâ??s a car with good performance. I have never taken it to the track. So from me, it has not gotten track/track style abuse.
I try my best to take other peoples advice, but when the advice given is not working, and I keep getting told the same thing, I get a little pissed. Itâ??s frustrating to be told the same thing over and over and do it and still get no results. Then being told that itâ??s shabby work that was done.
The S-AFC was not giving me an airflow reading, and nobody gave me any advice on what to do about that. It turned out that that was the problem. For some reason the car would not work correctly without that airflow reading. I even posted about not having an airflow reading.
Iâ??m in no way/shape/form saying any of you donâ??t know what youâ??re talking about, because the majority of you have a very complete knowledge of these cars. Iâ??m simply saying that in this case you were incorrect or not completely correct.
Iâ??ve tried my best to be as civilized as I can. If you all feel otherwise about the way I have approached it, then please, feel free to IM me. AIM = XxColdAzFireXx
Again, thank you to those of you who helped me with this. It was simply something that we overlooked and denied the possibility of it being the problem, when in fact, it was the problem.
