Disconnect the battery.
Pull both PCM fuses. Check them.
Then turn the key on and step on the brakes for 10 seconds.
Turn the key off and remove it.
Then pull the chip, inspect the pins, and re-attach chip. Tape it on.
Put the fuses back in.
Connect the battery.
Try to start it.
and if that doesnt work rubb your belly 3 times tap your head, kiss a frog and then it should work
