well, after many hours of troubleshooting, checking and re-checking, we did manage to get the car running. We being Alan, Ryan, myself, my dad, and from a distance but still a lot of help, Chris. Thank you so much Chris, you've been a great help. Turns out the chip was fried. So now i have to call Chris and work out something to do with the chip. Thank you to all that provided help and advice. I greatly appreciate it.

Yeah, it looks like either the aftermarket alarm or the aftermarket stereo may have shorted something out.
The aftermarket alarm actually had a splice to the passenger side wire on the wiring clip that goes to the coil pack. There was also a splice on one of the main wiring harness wires....a white with a blue stripe. There was also a cut/damaged wire on the IAC clip.
We checked the compression, spark, plugs/wires and finally worked our way into the ECU. The chip was the problem.
Alan pulled out the chip and it started up. It only runs on the cold/low program.
Once Rob gets a new chip........problem solved.

Actually, I think those wires were from the Turbo Timer I had installed. I'm going to look through both installation manuals and see which one is the culprit. I don't think they are part of the alarm, although possible. Fortunately, there were good guys to help me find and fix the problem. I'm going to be calling Chris today after I get out of school to see about getting that new chip. Thanks again for all the help. Hopefully, replacing the chip and removing those splices will fix the hesitation/bucking problem. Although it does run and is drivable, to some extent, I took the option of not driving it till I get the new chip in. Again, thanks for all the help.

That makes sense to tie the turbo timer into the ignition. Whew...

Ok....well.....got the new chip. Damn thing still doesn't work right. Anything other than electrical that could be wrong with it? The only thing from the alarm that ties in with the ignition system is the starter kill, which if it were that, the car would not start at all, and the remote start, and i highly doubt it's that. anything else it could be?

The car will start with the chip out, and will start with the chip in but with the switch in the down position. But will not start in any other position. It idles rough and gets bogged down when i put the slightest (like 1%) throttle into it, to the point where it'll stall. This whole thing is really starting to piss me off and i have places i have to go 2night and no way to get there. So any help would be great, especially if it's soon.
