I was flying out of Dulles last week, departing on the east runway (of the two parallel north-south runways) which goes right over the new Udvar-Hazy Smithsonian Air and Space Museum, and I noticed right behind the museum appeared to be a nice race track. Was I seeing an illusion? If not, anyone know who owns / uses this track?

Might be a good find for an event...
