OP ElKy Hard-core CEG'er E Joined: Oct 2001 Posts: 8,445 Prince Spaghettiville	this is a question for a friend. he has a 98 zetec. he was having timing issues so he had the belt and gears replaced. now the belt is splitting down the middle. what could be causing this? faulty belt? bad gears? NY State Trooper: So what makes your car so special to have SVT all over it? Me: Er...It was made by Fords SPECIAL Vehicle Team?
