Ignorant? Ahhh, no. Expectations too high? Probably. I now know to lower my expectations of certain enthusiasts' bandwidth. Truth be told, half the effort in staying informed isn't necessarily having information on the tip of the tongue, but knowing were to go to find it. The few seconds spent coming up with speculations of '2500 pounds' and 'tin foil' would have been better served finding real answers on Google or Edmunds, with time to spare.
My apologies to anyone reading this thread for getting us off-topic. We are way, way off in the weeds and I never intended my concise factual corrections to spur a volley of spastic, retaliatory responses.
