Well, I assumed that most 'car guys' stay on top of things and have a general awareness of the types and sizes of cars offered by most automakers -- particularly in the case of a Saturn LS since it's a sub-mid-sizer of similar weight and grunt to the Contour line. If I have assumed wrongly, and you don't have this general awareness I speak of or keep abreast of most carmaker's offerings, then I offer my sincerest apologies.

FWIW, I didn't know its weight off the top of my head...but it was easily found on Edmunds.com after half a minute or so. You might try it sometime.
