I personally don't believe in factory freaks, I believe the only difference in the range of times is because of the driver and how good of shape the car is in. Some people can't drive, let alone drag race Good racing whether is also key, i personally pefer to drag in the winter or nice low 60 degree whether. I'm sure with the right driver, a 2k SVT in great mechnical shape, poly filled motor and tranny mounts on a cold night with a great launch... could run low 15's, possibly high 14's race prepped of course, i.e. no spare, good tires/inflated properly... etc..
