Chris I was wondering where in the hell are you going to put the turbo that will not cause problems with heat? I've got a couple of 16G Killers setting on my bench that I've been trying to shoehorn into the SVT's engine bay and I havent found a place yet that wont cause problems. Do you have any experiance with turbochargers? If so how long you been doing it? confused

I don't want to give away the positioning of the turbo right now, because the insuing questions will give away the manufacturer smile
Heat will not be an issue, though.

I have been messing with turbos for almost 6 years. I started with Grand Nationals/T-types, and then I got my very own 79 Turbo Capri. It's been a while since I messed with them, but I have retained some of that experience. I really miss driving a turbo car, too. However, the experts will be installing the turbo kit, and engineering something that can be sold to others.

I was talking about using a silicone 90 degree bend to try to replace the plastic "hat" on the supercharger. Don't know if it would fit or not since I don't have one any more to look at. Something someone else will have to try. The big thing would be to somehow get an intercooler in there. Thought about reclocking the SC to spout down first, through a cooler, then back up to the TB. Never got far enough to actually plan the return route of the piping though... Good luck. laugh

Chris I'm still confused, when you say manufacturer are you talking about the manufacturer of the turbocharger unit itself or are you talking about the fabricator of the turbo SYSTEM itself?
