yeah the 3L route would be nice, but I'm not to excited about the chip burning process. Hopefully the motor is fixable...if not I guess I'll drop in the E1 motor and go form there.
On a side note I started going through all the reciepts the guy gave me. There where a lot of little annoying recalls on the car. The rear brakes where allrplaced 6 months after he bought the car(calipers.pads rotors brake cables)
And the repair bills for replacing the lower control arms and the water pump
$1500++ Good lord I feel sick just reading those bills. I got the original window sticker with the car and even his finance paperwork
