I will be there...go every year and every year it rocks! If you have never been to a NOPI Nationals, I urge you to go! It is a lesson on what is out there for Sport Compacts. What works, what doesn't, who is on the frontlines...
Don't forget there will be a drifting competion this year. Don't miss it

NOPI rocked as usual! Watched some practice drifting....they were told they had to shut it down early....so we were lucky to see the practice runs
Burn out contest.....IT ROCKED just ask Lori aka BurntRubber. Saw a CRX with a V8 in it. Saw a car with two full front clips. Welded together....kinda confused the guy with the water....Saw a bike blow its tire...saw a boxy volvo smoke out two other cars....saw a Silvia or a Skyline or something with velocity stacks on his TB's blow his front tires and the passenger side fender, and front clip off of his car....while throwing flames out the TB's.
Got the pics to prove it. It was awesome! Lori said that she would "settle" for a Toyota Supra if she can't get a Tibouron...LOLOL
Plus I got a pic of a clean Contour from N Carolina! Black SVT....looked sweet....
There was so much more but the 104 pics are hard to remember now....

We had a BLAST at Nopi! My first time there and definitely not my last!!!!! Burn out comp was awesome! Saw some amazing things!!! Cars were sweet! Just made me want one hardcore! We took lots of pics....like Rich said...saw some drifting but unfortunately they shut down the actual competition...what we did see rocked tho! It was a blast!!!  Lori

i went with my car team saturday, i didnt see any csvt's there. i didnt get a chance to look at all the cars cause i didnt go sunday. the 2 skylines were amazing to say the least. my team mate won 1st place in his svt focus, yeah... wish i could have went yesterday too but the sunburn kinda prohibited me from doing anything yesterday. anyone have any pics of the contours that were there??

did anybody else drive the focus rally simulator. my time was a 1:08 guy said it was one of the lowest times of the day...got a free t-shirt

I got a shot of a guy from NC as he was in the parade to get out of the park... nuthin' fancy.... Got lots of pics of lots of cars 104 pix!
